Empowering Women’s Minds Today, for a Stronger Tomorrow.
At Vocational Training Centre Girls Larkano, we believe that true progress begins by empowering the minds of women. Through practical skills training in trades like computer operations, dress designing, and beautician courses, we are opening doors to independence, confidence, and brighter futures. Every class we conduct and every skill we teach is an investment in a stronger, self-reliant tomorrow — not just for our students, but for their families and communities as well.
I must emphasize that greater attention should be paid to technical and vocational education.

Curriculum overview
Vocational Training Centre Girls Larkano aims to provide all trainees with a broad and balanced vocational curriculum developed by NAVTTC, offering rewarding and practical learning experiences that prepare them for successful professional, social, and cultural life.

Diploma in Information Technology (D.I.T)
With rising computer use across Pakistan, demand for skilled computer professionals is growing. This training program equips individuals with essential skills in Microsoft Office, programming (C++, Java), web development, databases, and troubleshooting. It prepares them for roles in offices, schools, hospitals, and more, aiming to create employable professionals ready for jobs or entrepreneurship in the digital economy.

NVC Level 2 Dress Making
Pakistan, the 5th most populous country with a largely young population, sees both challenges and opportunities in employment. To address these, the government promotes Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), especially in skills like dressmaking. This six-month program equips women with modern stitching and textile skills to meet industry needs, boost self-employment, and ensure standardized, competency-based training.
Our Co-curricular Activities

These activities create a lively and energetic environment, helping trainees develop sportsmanship, leadership qualities, and a positive spirit alongside their vocational training.
Indoor Games
Vocational Training Centre Girls Larkano provides a vibrant learning environment where trainees not only enhance their vocational skills but also take part in indoor recreational activities. The Centre encourages girls to engage in games such as Ludo, Scrabble, Chess, and Carrom Board, which help improve their concentration, critical thinking, and social interaction. These indoor games create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere, promoting teamwork, patience, and a healthy balance between learning and leisure.
Educational Expouser / Industrial Tours
Vocational Training Centre Girls Larkano is committed to providing its trainees with practical learning opportunities beyond the classroom. The Centre regularly organizes educational exposure visits, industrial tours, and trips to cultural heritage sites to broaden the trainees’ knowledge and perspective. These experiences help the girls explore further education pathways, understand current industry needs, and engage in cross-cultural comparisons — all aimed at enhancing their education, skills, and cultural well-being.
